Experience Dr. Divya is a faculty in the area of MIS at IIM Rohtak. She has completed the Fellow Program in Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. She has done her undergraduate studies in the area of Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Hamirpur. 

Prior to her doctoral studies, Dr. Divya has worked for four years with public, as well as, private organizations. She served in the capacity of Scientific Officer at the National Informatics Centre (Govt. of India) where she was responsible for various technology and policy aspects of her project. She also worked as Computer Scientist in Belzabar Software Design India Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. Divya has tendered academic service as a reviewer for various international journals and conferences of the Information Systems disciplines, such as, Information and Management, International Conference on Information System (ICIS), European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS), OCIS and TIM divisions of AoM, and Workshop on Information Technology and Systems (WITS).
