Dr. Vishnu. K is an Assistant Professor of Finance and Accounting at IIM Rohtak. He holds Ph.D. (FPM) in finance and accounting from IIM Kozhikode. He graduated from the University of Calicut with a master's degree in commerce. His primary research interests are in corporate accounting, corporate governance, and corporate financial policies. His most recent paper investigates the impact of creditor rights on borrowings made by Indian corporates. For his dissertation, he studied the corporate financial policies of Indian firms. Vishnu worked for the South Indian Bank from 2015 to 2016 before beginning his PhD.
