Dr. Agrata Pandey is a faculty in the area of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at Indian Institute of ManagementRohtak. She has completed Fellow Program in Management (FPM) from Indian Institute of Management Indore. Her dissertation is broadly based on how subordinates respond to destructive leadership behavior. She has been a university topper at graduation level and second rank holder at post-graduation level. Prior to joining the doctoral programme at IIM Indore, Dr. Pandey was working as a faculty in a reputed management institute and has more than 3.5 years of teaching experience. During her tenure, she has received ‘best faculty award’ in the management department. She has also qualified UGC NET-JRF examination.

Dr. Pandey has published her work in peer-reviewed journals. Her papers have been selected for presentation at various reputed international and national conferences like European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS), Annual British Academy of Management Conference (BAM) and Annual Meeting of the Academy of International Business (AIB), IIM Bangalore’s Doctoral Conference (IMRDC), Indian Academy of Management (IAM) conference etc. On the basis of her research proposal, she was the only Indian candidate selected to attend the Organizational Behaviour Doctoral Consortium at the 2015 Academy of Management (AOM) conference in Vancouver.
