Master of Management Studies (Public Policy) is a Two-Year Post Graduate Programme designed specifically for Working Professionals (Government Officials), who aspire to lead their organizations toward greater success. Delivered in a blended learning format, the programme integrates contemporary management concepts with real-world insights. It aims to transform administrative leaders into strategic management thinkers that may help in critical decision-making by exposing them to topical issues in management.

Objectives of the programme
 
Master of Management Studies (MMS) is a Degree programme offered in a hybrid-format, with online and on-campus components, where participants engage with the IIM Rohtak learning ecosystem in multiple ways. The programme aims to enhance skills for critical thinking, leadership roles, and improved organizational efficiency through exposure to management principles. The programme also requires participants to submit an Integrative Project and a Master’s Thesis. Both the project and thesis emphasize learning by applying classroom concepts and principles to managerial or policy challenges.
